1. Who We Are
This website is operated by DevTee, an independent alternative streetwear brand based in London, UK. We design and sell apparel that stands for rebellion, authenticity, and individuality.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use devtee.co.uk only for lawful purposes. You must not use this site:
- For anything illegal or unauthorised.
- To transmit malicious code, spam, or any form of digital mayhem.
- To copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the website or our content without express written permission.
3. Orders & Payments
Placing Orders:
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
- Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation. This is not a binding contract—acceptance happens when we ship the goods.
Payments:
We accept major payment methods including debit/credit cards, and other secure gateways like Googple Pay. All prices are listed in GBP (£), and include VAT where applicable.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide. Delivery times and fees vary depending on location. We aim to get your gear to you quickly, but delays can happen—especially during high-demand periods. Remember our tshirt designs are unique and exclusive to DevTee – lovingly made print-on-demand and therefore can take time to arrive.
- You’ll receive information about delivery and shipping.
- DevTee is not responsible for customs fees or delays caused by third-party couriers. (We unfortunately do not ship globally but in the event that we fulfill a global delivery upon request of a customer we are not liable).
5. Returns & Exchanges
Not quite right? No stress. As long as it is a damaged product or a manufacturing error.
- You have 21 days from receipt to request a refund of damaged product or a manufacturing error.
- Our products are print on demand. They are therefore considered ‘Custom or limited-edition’ items and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We do not accept returns of items due to wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
- The customer at their own descretion may return the damaged product to DevTee however at their own expense paying the delivery cost. If you choose to do this items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We can dispose of the items correctly in an ecofriendly manner for you.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including logos, designs, artwork, and photography—is owned by or licensed to DevTee. You may not use, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of this site without permission. Respect the art—we work hard on it.
7. Your Data
Your privacy matters. We collect and store personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell your data. Ever.
8. Community Conduct
We’re building more than a brand—we’re building a community in the alternative scene. So, whether you’re posting a review, entering a contest, or tagging us on socials, we expect respect. Hate speech, harassment, and spam won’t be tolerated.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
We strive to make this site as accurate and reliable as possible, but we don’t guarantee it will always be glitch-free. DevTee is not liable for:
- Loss or damage from use (or inability to use) our site
- Errors or omissions in content
- Third-party links and content beyond our control
