Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 21 days from product delivery. If 21 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or reprint. We do not accept returns however please see our ethical returns policy below for further information. This policy comes with the below restrictions:

DevTee believes in being ecofriendly and environmentally ethical and are against fast fashion methods. Therefore we do not hold stock of our products and use a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if our customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. Please be careful when ordering to make sure you consider this policy before ordering. If in doubt please email us at devteelondon@gmail.com

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error we can offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 21 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using “Submit Issue” title and send an email to devteelondon@gmail.com providing a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product however we have a ethical returns policy below for you to review.

Note:

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note that DevTee will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color.

For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

Refunds

Once your refund case has been investigated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have completed our investigation with further action of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Policy on sale items is the same as above.

Reprints

Once your reprint case has been investigated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have completed our investigation with further action of the approval or rejection of your reprint.

If you are approved, then your reprinted item will be processed within a certain amount of days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your reprinted product to reach you may vary. This is subject to the above policy of damaged or defective goods.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as our products are print on demand. DevTee belives in ethical ecofriendly practices and does not believe in fast fashion and keeping stock of items.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift it is the purchaser’s (gift giver) responsibility to get in contact with us. The same policy as above applies.

We refund the purchaser (gift giver) only in cases if the tiems are defective or damaged or will offer a reprint.

Shipping returns

Defective and damaged goods do not need to be returned. However, DevTee believes in ecofriendly and ethical practices. If you decide you wish to return the product to us as a defective/misprinted item email us at devteelondon@gmail.com to process this return.

Please note we are a small company and unfortunately should you decide to use this ecofriendly option to return the defective/misprinted product to us you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

In case of an unsuccessful, missed or lost delivery, we would need to open an investigation. We will require proof from the delivery company that no attempt was made to deliver successfully to you. For queries on this issue email devteelondon@gmail.com. DevTee is a small brand and cannot be held responsible for the actions of third party vendors like delivery companies. Please make every effort to communicate with the delivery company with regards to your items and we will also make every effort to investigate on our end. Unfortunately, according to our print on demand policy DevTee offers a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund in such cases.
